    Exit at the exit for 394, will say Blountville, Bluff City
    Turn left toward Blountville on 394
    Go through a set of caution lights, the next road to your left will be Feather's Chapel Road
    Turn left onto Feather's Chapel Road
    Turn left onto Buncombe Road
    Turn left on Cave Hill Road, located half a mile on the right

From Kingsport:
    Take 11W toward Bristol
    Turn right on 394
    At the 2nd red light near Food City turn right onto Feather's Chapel Road
   Turn right onto Buncombe Road
